Bess Lochocki joins Rock Hill School District Foundation's Board of Directors

Bess is pleased to join The Rock Hill School District Foundation's Board of Directors. The Rock Hill School District Foundation was founded in 1983 as a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organized exclusively to promote academic excellence in the elementary, middle, and secondary schools of Rock Hill School District Three of York County. Since that time, the Foundation has been documenting, disseminating, and advocating for exemplary programs in K-12 public schools in Rock Hill to help these practices continue. Independently managed by a volunteer board of directors, the core business of the foundation is to support programming that enhances the teaching and learning experience through grants for district sanctioned activities which are outside the financial support of the school site and/or general operating budget.
